February is National Parent Leadership Month

Parents Anonymous describes National Parent Leadership Month as a "major initiative [which] will include a series of national, state, and local activities to recognize, honor, and celebrate parents for their leadership roles in their homes and communities. National Parent Leadership MonthSM will highlight the many opportunities available for parents, staff, policymakers and other community members to engage in partnerships with the goal of building and supporting strong, safe families."

AF-CBT is dedicated to helping parents become leaders in their families and communities. We help caregivers learn emotion regulation, thought restructuring, and parenting skills that help them to strengthen their leadership skills within the family.

Through the use of Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs) like AF-CBT, families can find mentoring, classes, and therapy that are consistent with the best research available. Click here to find out more about EBPs.
