AF-CBT Agency Flyer

This flyer outlines the benefits of AF-CBT to possible trainees at your agency, and includes contact information for an AF-CBT developer in case the reader has questions or concerns regarding AF-CBT.

AF-CBT Parent Flyer

This flyer is similar to the Agency version, but comes with a fillable field that will allow agencies and clinicians to direct prospective clients to call them for more information about their AF-CBT services. To do so, fill in the field with the phone number you would like your clients to call and print the flyer.

Foster Care Flyer

This flyer outlines the benefits of AF-CBT for caregivers and children in foster care.

AF-CBT Brochure (Also Available with Printer's Marks)

This 3-fold brochure is a handy tool for informing families and stakeholders about AF-CBT's benefits. It comes for fillable form fields for your agency's business and mailing addresses, as well as contact information. There are two versions available: one with printer's marks which can be filled out and sent to a printing service for printing and cutting, and one with half-inch margins for easy home or office printing.

This brochure is based on a brochure from the Harborview Center for Sexual Assault and Traumatic Stress, which they have kindly given us permission to modify and distribute.

AF-CBT Bookmark with Steps

A printable bookmark with a short description of the AF-CBT treatment program on one side and the AF-CBT ALTERNATIVES steps on the other (ideally should be printed on card stock - will need to be trimmed after printing).
